Reason for Painting:

“Through my paintings, I can reach out to people. Many times I’ve had someone tell me that ‘talk to them’. We all need to be reminded that there are still places that offer peace and tranquility in the midst of all the chaos in this world. If my paintings can take the viewer there, even for a moment, then I have truly been successful as an artist.” Carol Bowker
